The Borough of Donora allocates $100,000.00 each year through the Redevelopment Authority of Washington County ‘s Home Rehabilitation Program for Elderly and Disabled residents to modify their homes for Access. This can include installation of handicap ramps, installing a stair lift, etc. There are other eligible projects as well.
