ATTENTION DONORA PROPERTY OWNERS:
The Borough will not be accepting Vacancy Forms for the 2026 Fiscal Year. All Property Owners shall be required to remit Sanitation Payments to the Borough of Donora. Our contracted Sanitation Company invoices the Borough for all Residential Structures, not just occupied structures. It is the Property Owner’s responsibility to ensure all refuse payments are paid in full to the Borough of Donora. The Sanitation Fees remain the same as 2025 for 2026 and are as follows:
$200.00 if paid prior to March 31st.
$250.00 if paid between April 1st and June 30th.
$300.00 if paid on or after July 1st and Citation filed through District Court.
