NOTICE TO BIDDERS
2027–2029 REFUSE & SANITATION COLLECTION SERVICES
The Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, hereby invites qualified and responsible contractors to submit sealed bids for the furnishing of residential refuse collection, transportation, disposal, electronic recycling, and related sanitation services within the corporate limits of the Borough of Donora.
The Contract shall commence on January 1, 2027, and shall continue through December 31, 2029, subject to the terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements contained within this Bid Packet.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, recycling of electronics, administrative services, and other resources necessary to fully and satisfactorily perform the services specified in the Contract Documents.

The sealed envelope shall be clearly marked: “2027–2029 REFUSE & SANITATION COLLECTION PROPOSAL”
All proposals must be received by the Borough Administrator no later than 3:00 PM, prevailing local time, Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
Late proposals will not be accepted or considered, regardless of the method of delivery or the date or time of mailing.
